Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Please note: returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your current product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must still be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post refunds.
